I don't stop at saying goodbye to the fear. We'll also reprogram for a sense of lightness that will leave you feeling good.

- It doesn't matter if your fear or phobia has been with you for a day or for as long as you can remember. It can be taken away as quickly as it appeared.
- I do new-school, not old-school. In other words, this is not exposure therapy, talk therapy, or "facing your fears". We'll use the power of the subconscious to dismantle the reaction instead.
- No guesswork or preparation required. All you need to do is show up as your real, unique self.

Together we'll address how the fear is coming up for you. Then we'll begin healing it using one or more of the following:
- NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming): Using your mind's eye to focus on visual, verbal, and tactical cues in order to create or break connections for wanted or unwanted experiences (see the video on my services page for a mini explainer and demo of NLP).
- Somatics: Body and nervous system focused methods to get your body on board with the changes in your mind
- EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique or 'Tapping'): Using meridian points on the body through gentle taps to stimulate the movement and release of energy for trapped emotions
Both fears and phobias can interfere with daily life. A fear is something we are afraid of and is a normal human behavior. A phobia is an irrational fear with an intense and automatic subconscious response. We learn to be afraid through unpleasant experiences. Going into the subconscious allows us to break the connection between the memory that created the fear and the fear response which manifested as a result of that experience.
A certain result can never be guaranteed. YOU are the one who changes you, I am simply your guide in the process. As long as you are open and willing, it is extremely rare to have no change occur. Everyone adapts to change at their own pace. You may notice an immediate change right after your session, or you may notice small shifts in the days and weeks after your session. You may also notice in retrospect (30-60 days after your session) that major shifts have taken place. Any of these rates of change, or even a combination of them, are possible.
The number of sessions needed is always determined by how you feel. The intensive is designed to sort out the majority of the issue in the single session. Most people see significant improvement in 1-4 sessions.
